Kenneth Chaim Fink is President and CEO of Tamar Fink, Inc., Charitable Advisors, and Family Wealth Counselors, LLC. These are national consulting firms that represent many of America’s wealthiest families and charities. Ken’s family wealth counseling process helps clients structure their estate plans based on their fundamental values – the family mission.
Ken and his firm have implemented plans that will generate 1.4 billion dollars for charities. Through the implementation of his unique “gift maximization” process, his firm has helped an international charity raise more than 250 million in legacy gifts from over 100 donors. Additionally, Ken designed and implemented a plan that resulted in a $42 million dollar gift to the United Hospitals in Cleveland – the largest gift in their history. Ken was also the recipient of the 2006 Preston Hotchkis Distinguished Achievement Award for his generous charitable and business contributions to the community. In addition to being a popular national public speaker, Ken has published numerous articles on tax, estate, and charitable giving in leading national and regional publications. He is a co-contributor to the book, Getting to the Heart of the Matter, which has received critical acclaim nationwide. Ken has been featured in Forbes magazine and quoted in the Investors News Daily as well as many of the nation’s newspapers as an expert in the field of insurance and charitable planned giving. Ken was named a Forbes 2021 & 2022 Top Security Financial Professional through his strong commitment to helping clients achieve their financial goals while fostering a community of philanthropists.
Ken is a lifetime and qualifying member of the Million Dollar Round Table and a member of the prestigious Forum 400 and Top of the Table organizations which are limited to the leading insurance agents in the world. He is a founding owner of the Lion Street producer group, which is the fasting growing agent-owned producer group with over 190 of the leading insurance and financial planning firms in the nation.

Ken has consulted for dozens of local, national, and international charitable organizations such as Aish HaTorah International, Cleveland Clinic, Cuyahoga Community College, Fairview Hospitals, Gustavus Adolphus College, Minneapolis Jewish Federation, Ohr Somayach International, the Shalom Foundation, Torah Academy and United Hospitals. Ken has served as President of his Keneseth Israel Synagogue and has sat on the boards of numerous charities such as Hasbara Fellowships, The Shalom Foundation, and Torah Academy. Ken and his wife Nicole co-founded Aish Minnesota, Minnesota’s leading adult Jewish educational organization. Ken serves as its acting president and Chairman.
